Construction-ready package, in days.

THE PE-STAMP GATE IS NEVER SKIPPED. IT IS HOW WE PAIR PRODUCTION SPEED WITH ENGINEERING ACCOUNTABILITY.

04 · Live intake engine

Describe your project. See it scoped in seconds.

Type a real project brief below. The Voltari intake engine parses your asset class, capacity and jurisdiction, suggests the right scope and SLA, and routes it to a real engineer for a binding quote. Preliminary scoping only; nothing here is a stamped engineering output.

intake.voltari.energy · v0.9 · preliminary scoping
Preliminary scoping engine. Not a binding scope, quote, or stamped engineering deliverable. Real engagements are scoped and quoted by a Voltari engineer after intake.

05 · What you receive

A construction-ready package, every time.

Every engagement ships with the engineering artifacts your EPC, lender or grid operator will actually accept. Sample structure shown below; exact contents are scoped per project.

Inside a Voltari deliverable

  • Construction-ready drawing set: layout, civil, electrical, structural, BoP, sized per IEC and local code.
  • Single-line diagrams down to feeder level, with protection coordination calcs.
  • Energy yield model with P50, P90 and sensitivity bands, ready for the financing model.
  • Jurisdiction code-check report with a green-tick line per applicable standard.
  • Bill of quantities and balance-of-plant schedule, EPC tender-ready.
  • Engineer-of-record cover sheet with stamp, revision history and audit trail.

06 · Trust ledger

The commitments we put in writing.

A live engineering practice is only as good as the gates it cannot bypass. These are the standing commitments we hold every project to.

T/01 · STAMP GATE

Every deliverable PE-reviewed

No engineering output leaves Voltari without line-by-line review and stamp by a Professional Engineer licensed in the project jurisdiction. No exceptions.

T/02 · CODE COVERAGE

Compliance by default

Auto-validated against IEC, IEEE, NEC and local codes (DEWA, SCE, CEA, G99) as part of production, not as a post-hoc audit.

T/03 · LIABILITY

Insured, both sides of the seal

USD 5M Errors and Omissions cover on Voltari's production work. Professional Indemnity on the stamping engineer covers the seal. Mutual indemnity for gross negligence in every SoW.

T/04 · IP & DATA

Your data, your IP

Client-owned: all project drawings, models, site data and deliverables. Voltari retains its production methodology only. Data segregated per client, encrypted at rest and in transit, never used to train external models.

T/05 · SLA

Days, not months, in writing

Speed is a contractual commitment, not marketing copy. Miss the SLA and the engagement fee reduces per the published schedule, transparently and automatically.

T/06 · AUDIT TRAIL

Every revision, every reviewer

Full version history, code-check evidence and reviewer log are bundled with every package. If a lender, regulator or owner asks how a result was reached, the answer ships with the deliverable.

Solar, wind, storage and grid from a single accountable team.

09 · Questions buyers ask

The honest answers.

If your procurement team has a different question, write it down and bring it. We will answer it in writing before any engagement.

Who is legally responsible for the engineering decisions in a Voltari deliverable? +
Every deliverable is reviewed and stamped by a Professional Engineer licensed in the project's jurisdiction. The stamping engineer is the Engineer of Record and carries Professional Indemnity insurance on the seal. Voltari additionally carries Errors and Omissions cover on the production work. The chain of responsibility is documented on the cover sheet of every package.
How does Voltari ensure code compliance across so many jurisdictions? +
Our production engine runs an auto-validation pass against the applicable code library before any output reaches review (IEC 61730 / 61215, IEC 61400, IEC 62933, IEEE 1547, NEC / NFPA 70, NFPA 855, plus local grid and municipality codes). The licensed PE then performs an independent review and a documented spot-check on the auto-validation. A code-check evidence report ships with every package.
What happens to my project data? Is it used to train models? +
No client project data is used to train external models. All client material (drawings, site data, models, deliverables) is owned by you, segregated per client, encrypted at rest and in transit, and retained per the engagement terms. Voltari retains its production methodology only. An NDA precedes every intake.
How fast is "delivered in days"? +
Service-level commitments are written into the SoW and back-stopped by an automatic fee reduction for missed SLAs. Indicative SLAs by package type: preliminary layout and yield in 2 to 5 business days; interconnection feasibility in 3 business days; technical due diligence verdict in 1 to 2 business days; full permit-ready package in 10 business days. Complex utility-scale or offshore packages run longer; the SoW states the SLA up front.
What if the engineering judgment is wrong? +
Three layers of defense. First, the production engine applies its code library and produces a flagged exception report on anything outside boundary conditions. Second, the licensed PE reviews and may override, return, or correct. Third, the package ships with an audit trail (revisions, reviewer, code-check evidence) so a third party (lender, regulator, owner) can re-verify. Liability cover sits behind all three.
Will you work in a jurisdiction where you do not yet have a PE partner? +
We will not ship a stamped package in a jurisdiction where we have not yet accredited a locally licensed Professional Engineer. We can perform pre-engagement scoping, owner's engineering, and feasibility analysis on an advisory basis without a stamp; once a PE partner is accredited the work can be re-formalized as a stamped deliverable.
Can you work alongside our incumbent engineer or EPC? +
Yes. A significant share of our engagements are owner's-engineering or independent design review, sitting alongside an EPC or incumbent consultant. We provide a clean external check, faster than a second consultancy could, on a defined scope.
